THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions for the Member to benefit from the website of energyexporter İletişim A.Ş. https://www.energyexporter.com (hereinafter "Site").
https://www.energyexporter.com is an electronic commerce platform established to develop and facilitate electronic commerce, especially in the fields of energy and mining. https://www.energyexporter.com is aware of the importance of protecting personal information and follows a strict policy on the protection of information and sets high security standards for products and services published on the website.
Members using this site are deemed to have accepted the following terms.
RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF THE PARTIES

3.2 The member cannot give the membership password given to him by Energyexporter to other persons or organizations, the member has the right to use the password in question. Energyexporter reserves the right to claim all kinds of compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use against all liability that may arise for this reason and against all claims and demands that may be brought against Energyexporter by third parties or authorized authorities.
3.3 With this membership agreement, the member will be able to provide personal information (including but not limited to data entry, database management, promotion, product and services alerts, delivery services, payment extension services, membership verification and verification services and logistics services, etc.). It is deemed to have accepted that it will be shared with e-affiliated companies.
3.4 The Member accepts and undertakes from the beginning to comply with the provisions of the legal regulations and not to violate them while using the Site. Otherwise, all legal and penal obligations to arise will bind the member completely and exclusively.

3.8 The relations of the members of the site with each other or with third parties are under their own responsibility. The site is only an intermediary platform and does not accept any responsibility for the hostilities that may arise among the members or in their relations with third parties and institutions.
3.9 Energyexporter has taken the necessary measures for the security of the site, and despite these measures, it will not be responsible for unauthorized reading of member data and for damages that may occur to member software and data. The Member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from Energyexporter for any damage he may incur due to the use of the site.
3.10 The Member has agreed not to access or use other internet users' software and data without permission. Otherwise, the legal and penal responsibilities arising from this will belong to the member completely.
3.11 All proprietary or unregistered intellectual and industrial property rights such as title, business name, trademark, patent, logo, design, information and method on the site belong to the site operator and owner company or the person concerned, and are under the protection of national and international law. Visiting the Site or using the services on the Site does not establish a right on the intellectual and industrial property rights of the user.
