As DOMINO FUARCILIK Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), which has the title of 'data controller' in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “Law”), you, the data owners, who are defined as the 'relevant person' in the Law, are responsible for keeping your personal data in our company's systems. We enlighten you on the collection, processing, transfer processes of your e-mail address and your rights under the Law.

Your e-mail addresses collected as a company are kept in the systems within the company, and only the e-mail address of the relevant person is processed into the system and the company is sent to the e-mail of the relevant person in order to send you informative e-mails regarding the EIF Energy congress and fair and Energyexporter  trade. In the processes of processing your personal data, the Company determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data by acting as the 'data controller' defined in Article 3/1-(ı) of the Law.

In this context, it may also process your data to third parties with the title of 'data processor' defined in Article 3/1-(ı) of the Law.

It is processed for purposes such as prevention of illegal acts and in accordance with the principles in Article 4 of the Law, within the processing conditions regulated in Articles 5 and 6.

5. Persons and Purposes of Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your e-mail data collected by the company is sent to persons or organizations (BDDK, MASAK, judicial and legal entities) that have permission, right and authority to request and process personal information, for the purposes described in this text, and/or within the scope of the legislation in question or the agreements to which it is a party. administrative authorities, other official institutions and organizations and individuals) within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

6. Processing Time of Your Personal Data

Your personal data collected by the company are processed within the scope of the purposes described in this text, for the maximum period required for the purpose for which they are processed, and possibly for the legal statute of limitations, excluding the obligations arising from legal regulations. After the expiry of the specified period, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of the Law.

As a personal data owner, by applying to the Company as a data controller in accordance with Article 11 of the Law;

Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage. Exceptional cases stipulated in Article 28 of the Law are reserved.
