THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

Members using this site are deemed to have accepted the following terms.

RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF THE PARTIES

3.1 The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information he/she provides while becoming a member of the Site is correct before the law, and that energyexporter will indemnify all damages incurred due to the untruthfulness of this information.

3.2 The member cannot give the membership password given to him by energyexporter to other persons or organizations, the member has the right to use the password in question. energyexporter reserves the right to claim all kinds of compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use against all liability that may arise for this reason and against all claims and demands that may be brought against energyexporter by third parties or authorized authorities.

3.3 With this membership agreement, the member will be able to provide personal information (including but not limited to data entry, database management, promotion, product and services alerts, delivery services, payment extension services, membership verification and verification services and logistics services, etc.). It is deemed to have accepted that it will be shared with e-affiliated companies.

3.4 The Member accepts and undertakes from the beginning to comply with the provisions of the legal regulations and not to violate them while using the Site. Otherwise, all legal and penal obligations to arise will bind the member completely and exclusively.

3.5 The Member may not use the Site in any way that disrupts public order, violates public morals, disturbs and harass others, infringes on the intellectual, industrial and copyrights of others for an unlawful purpose. 3.8 The relations of the members of the site with each other or with third parties are under their own responsibility. The site is only an intermediary platform and does not accept any responsibility for the hostilities that may arise among the members or in their relations with third parties and institutions.

3.9 energyexporter has taken the necessary measures for the security of the site, and despite these measures, it will not be responsible for unauthorized reading of member data and for damages that may occur to member software and data. The Member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from energyexporter for any damage he may incur due to the use of the site.

3.10 The Member has agreed not to access or use other internet users' software and data without permission. Otherwise, the legal and penal responsibilities arising from this will belong to the member completely.

3.11 All proprietary or unregistered intellectual and industrial property rights such as title, business name, trademark, patent, logo, design, information and method on the site belong to the site operator and owner company or the person concerned, and are under the protection of national and international law. Visiting the Site or using the services on the Site does not establish a right on the intellectual and industrial property rights of the user.

3.12 The information on the site cannot be reproduced, published, copied, presented and/or transferred in any way. The whole or part of the Site cannot be used on another website without permission.

3.13 The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement will be personally and criminally liable for this violation, and energyexporter will be kept free from the legal and penal consequences of these violations. 3.14 energyexporter always has the right to unilaterally cancel the membership of the member and delete the files, documents and information of the member when necessary. The member accepts this savings in advance.

3.15 The software and design of the site are the property of energyexporter, and the copyright and/or other intellectual and industrial property rights regarding them are protected by relevant laws. The software and design of the site cannot be used, acquired, changed or used on a separate website by the member without permission. The companies and their products mentioned on this website are the trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual and industrial property rights.

3.16 For the improvement and development of the Site by energyexporter and/or within the framework of legal legislation, the name of the Internet service provider and Internet Protocol (IP) address used by the member to access the site, the date and time the site was accessed, the pages accessed while on the site and the Web that provides direct connection to the site. 3.20 energyexporter may change, update or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time, without the need for prior notice and/or warning in any form or form. Any provision changed, updated or repealed will be effective for all members at the date of publication.

3.21 The parties accept and declare that all computer records of energyexporter will be taken as the sole and true exclusive evidence, in accordance with Article 287 of the HUMK, and that the said records constitute a contract of evidence.

4. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels his membership or his membership is canceled by energyexporter. In the event that the member violates any provision of the membership agreement, energyexportermay terminate the agreement unilaterally by canceling the membership of the member.

5. DISPUTES SETTLEMENT

Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes related to this contract.

6. ENFORCEMENT

Membership registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the time of the member's membership and entered into force mutually.
